1. Shipping Process
Products sold on our website are shipped directly by our international suppliers to the address provided at the time of order.
2. Delivery Times
The average delivery time is between 5 to 12 working days from the date of dispatch. These timeframes may vary depending on the destination country and local postal services.
3. Order Confirmation and Tracking
Once your payment is confirmed (usually within 1–3 working days), your order will be processed. You will receive a tracking code by email within 3 working days of confirmation. Please ensure your contact information is correct at checkout.
4. Delivery Issues
If the package arrives damaged, refuse the delivery and contact our customer service immediately. It is important to inspect the parcel at the time of delivery.
5. Failed Delivery Attempts
We will attempt delivery up to three times within 48 hours of the last attempt. If the delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or if the courier is unable to reach you, the parcel will be returned to our central warehouse. A new shipment can be arranged at the customer's expense.
6. Shipping Costs
UK: Royal Mail (tracked) — 2–5 business days (free). EU: Colissimo / DHL — 5–10 business days. USA/CAN/AUS/NZ: 8–15 business days (tracked). Import taxes may apply and are responsibility of customer (unless stated).
